As most of you likely know at this point, on June 26th, PA Governor Tom Wolf moved several more counties from the “yellow” phase into the “green” phase as part of his Process to Reopen Pennsylvania amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Counties that entered the green phase most recently include Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks Counties.
With the holiday weekend approaching, we wanted to take this opportunity to address some important points with the Dale family.
What does the Governor’s green phase mean?
While the green phase represents a further loosening on certain restrictions in counties throughout Pennsylvania, it does not mean that businesses and employees are clear to operate without limitations. Restrictions will remain in place that we all must continue to follow, and it remains as important now as ever that we stay committed to protecting against COVID-19. Each of us has a responsibility to continue to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and others.
How do we best go about achieving these goals as we transition to green?
Continue to follow your workplace protocols, including wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, and staying home if you are not feeling well. It is important now to review any Dale COVID-19 training programs and protocols that you have received. Moving forward, the training and protocols should be reviewed frequently to make sure you understand your role in lowering the exposure to others and yourself in your work environment.
Over the last several months, we have all stepped up and worked together as a team by doing our part to mitigate the spread and exposure of the virus in both the field and in the office. We will continue to help mitigate this spread and exposure if we all continue to follow the work protocols that have been implemented. We cannot allow all of our progress and sacrifice to be undone.
The Dale family continues to adjust in order to help our employees feel safe and comfortable in their working conditions as much as possible. If you have any questions about any of the Dale programs or protocols, please reach out to your direct supervisor for any clarification needed.
Thank you for cooperation and stay safe!
