It’s been more than two months since we shut down our main offices because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. As we begin to reopen the offices and return to some state of normalcy, everyone will have to adapt the way they work. Beginning June 15, 2020, the offices will reopen but with a limited occupancy requirement. Prior to your return to the office, you are required to complete the COVID-19 Awareness and Office Protocols presentation. Once you have completed this presentation, if you have not already done so, please contact your supervisor to determine when you will be authorized to return to the office. A work schedule where most people work in-person one week then remotely the next week on a rotating basis is being established by each building/group/department to reduce potential exposure in accordance with the guidelines permitted by Governor Wolf.
The COVID-19 Awareness and Office Protocols presentation is now available. All employees who enter the Limekiln office buildings are required to complete the program and will receive an email with the current office protocols at the end (after clicking SUBMIT). If you do not receive an email with the protocols, that means you have not completed the program. As this is an evolving process, the protocols will continue to be updated. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will monitor the Office Protocols daily for any updates or new information.
In addition, beginning June 15, 2020, each and every day you are present at the office, you will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire prior to entry. An online self-screening questionnaire has been created and must be submitted each day before access to the buildings is authorized. This is mandatory for all employees as well as ALL visitors who enter buildings. It is recommended that you complete the questionnaire before leaving home each morning. However, if you have forgotten to complete the questionnaire, every entry door will have a sign with a QR code that can be scanned for completion on your phone. This information is required for any necessary contact tracing. Therefore, anyone who does not complete the questionnaire and receive the appropriate authorization must immediately leave the premises.
Please know that these Office Protocols and various measures are not only required by the rules defined by Pennsylvania, but they are designed to help mitigate exposure to the COVID-19 virus for each of us. As an added precaution and to allow for our fresh restart, the offices have all been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including the air/heating ducts, using an electrostatic sprayer. Moving forward, we will continue to use an electrostatic sprayer and other various cleaning/disinfecting methods, but each one of us will have to take an active role in cleaning, disinfecting, and following the other required protocols designed to limit exposure to and the spread of the virus. The Dale family will adapt to this new way of operating and continue to be the premier organization we have always been.
We look forward to seeing everyone back in the office.
Thank you for the continued cooperation and stay Safe!
